In the middle of typing, a window constantly opens asking me to sign into Thunderbird and gives my G mail address, or create a new G Mail A/C (I do have a G mail a/C but don't use it and my default email has always been Optus) All my accounts arer IMAP If I sign in at this point with my correct G mail address it fails to recognize it although it is definitely my correct G mail address (confirmed by signing in to my Google A/C) I have updated and saved all my passwords in Thunderbird, but this still continues to plague me. I note others have this problem too, but I have tried thir suggestions and still don't have a solution Any other suggestions PLEASE!
