How do you make all the email messages the same size without hitting control ++ ?
When viewing my emails, I have to hit the control ++ in order to increase the size to a readable size.

Check your settings for Display:
- 'Menu icon' > 'Options' > 'Options' > 'Display' > 'Formatting' tab
- Choose a default font eg: Arial
- Choose a default size: eg: 14
- Click on 'Advanced' button
- set all three size' options to eg: 14.
- click on OK
- click on OK
