when printing, the "headers&footers" section in the page setup allows you to add the page number to each page.

I would like to print all pages, but with an offset to this page number.

So instead of the first page having a 1 on the header, second page having a 2, etc., it should have first page with 23, second page 24, etc.

Sorry. There is no way to control that type of action in Firefox.
