After the program setting somehow changed Firefox did an unwanted update, now any time I try to go to troubleshooting it crashes the program. Not the system just Firefox.

Already tried a clean install and still crashing on troubleshooting link. To not delete folders and files I renamed all related to Mozilla FF to old FF and backed them all up to another drive anyway. Still Crashing. Thanks for the response though. I believe after the other snide ones I received from so-called mods and others that it is time I left FF for some other browser any way. After all FF left me years ago and seems to have become a closed group anyway.
