Hi, how can I make a set of thumbnails permanent on my Mozilla homepage, without them changing everytime I visit a new site?

I have made Mozilla my homepage and pinned 6 sites I often visit. Every time I visit a new site those pinned sites disappear make room for newly visited sites. I like the simplicity of clicking on those thumbnails without trying to remember the URL everytime. thanks

Pinned tiles shouldn't change .....

Are you sure that those tiles are really pinned  ?

Just to make sure, would you please take a look at this article, and scroll down to the section Pin a Top Site .....

yes they are pinned on 2 rows and usually replaced by most visited sites of the moment. I like them to remain permanently pinned. It is just a nuisance as they keep changing places depending on which are visited ATM thanks though for your tip
