I’m, having trouble on videochats. I can't get permission to access mic and cam.
When I try to iniciate a videocall via Nextcloud Talk on Firefox I get the pop-up asking for permission on mic and cam, but after that I still get messages that I don't have access to webcam / audio. I have tried websites like chatroulette and the same thing happens.

If your using Windows 10 you must first turn on mic and webcam options before you can use them.

Would you do this please :
When you're on a site where you need to use the camera and/or microphone, click on the 'i' in a circle, next to the padlock at the left side of the address bar.
Then click on the little black arrow on the dropdown (next to 'Connection') and then on "More Information", which will take you to "Page Info".
Click on the 'Permissions" tab and scroll down to "Use the Camera". Uncheck "Use Default" and check "Allow".
Do the same with "Use the Microphone"
Then close and restart Firefox.
Next thing to check : 3-bar menu => Preferences => Privacy & Security => Permissions
