How can I move the toolbar to the bottom of the screen like one can with chrome.. I like to have the URL, tab, settings and bookmarks along the bottom of the screen ... Is this possible?

Hi
This is not possible in Firefox for Android....but you may be interested in trying Firefox Preview (also available from the Google Play Store).
This new (still in development) app does have the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.
