I have always been able to access my modem. Since the last update, I can't access my modem. Well, I can access it, I just can't read anything on it. I am using HughesNet. How can I make Firefox allow me to access my modem information. I have tried things that have been suggested in the help content and on the web to no avail. I am not a stupid person, but please give detailed instructions. Thank you for your help.

Hi hdstonemeister,

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues connecting. If you haven't already checked this thread, a contributor provided helpful steps for a similar question :

Every website returns "Your connection is not secure" {link} I found a fix for "Your connection is not secure" {link}

Let me know if this helps or if I could further assist.

Did it worked before in older Firefox versions (which versions is any)?

Is there an Advanced button available on the error page that gives more detail ?

Can you possibly upgrade the firmware of this modem in case it doesn't support modern cipher suites?

Tried the first answer. Nothing worked.

Second answer: Yes, it worked before the update with the older version of Firefox. It is the latest version of Firefox.

                             I do not get an "error" message, per se, it is just blocks the complete information that is displayed on the page. In the bar at the top, it changes where I put in 192.etc to read 192.etc//#!/usage and the page is displayed garbled. There is also a circle with an i in the middle of it in front of it.
                             I have no idea what you mean when you say, "Can you possibly upgrade the firmware of this modem in case it doesn't support modern cipher suites?". As I said, I'm not a stupid person, but if you give me detailed instructions, I can follow them. If upgrading the firmware is needed, I would need instructions to do so. I don't think that it is possible/needed as the modem I have was issued to me by HughesNet. It is not only a modem but the router, all in one unit. I would assume, (which you know what happens when you ass u me), that HughesNet would send a signal to the modem, (as it is satellite), to upgrade when needed, but I have no idea.

Any other suggestions? Thank you for your help.
