hi, this souns like a scam misusing the firefox brand name - mozilla doesn't run surveys like these by the sound of it. you could report it at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/legal/fraud-report/

It's very likely that it's a scam. However, just to make sure, would you mind to take a screenshot of how the popup look like?
