Im user of www.gaiaonline.com since year 2008, but few days ago i cannot enter that website because ive had SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN error. Thats funny on my dad laptop olso had same error but he never visited that website

So ive clear cache no success, change time in computer, olso no success i don't know whats goin on?! Not only Firefox had this problem but other web browers. Google Chrome NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID Internet Explorer DLG_FLAGS_SEC_CERT_CN_INVALID

When change https: to http: ive got 403 forbidden error instead.

The certificate is for metricsmanagerpro.com and not for www.gaiaonline.com.

Are you using metricsmanagerpro software or service ?


Try to rename the cert9.db file (cert9OLD.db) and remove the previously used cert8.db file in the Firefox profile folder with Firefox closed to remove intermediate certificates and exceptions that Firefox has cached.

If this has helped to solve the problem then you can remove the renamed cert9OLD.db file. Otherwise you can undo the rename and restore cert9.db.

You can use the button on the "Help -> Troubleshooting Information" (about:support) page to go to the current Firefox profile folder or use the about:profiles page.
