I found some kind of bug in displaying in firefox browser in ubuntu 18.04
When i was trying to open my firefox browser suddenly this glitched display appeared.

You should probably address this in the Ubuntu forums or in their bug reporting, as every distro ships its own modified Firefox. Unless you installed the tar.bz2 from Mozilla manually.
Have you been able to open Firefox? Sometimes opening (or trying to use it after the screen or system have wakened from sleep) Firefox (or anything really) can do this on occasion.
