First, while you are on the site, tap the lock icon (or globe icon) at the left end of the address bar to see whether there is a site-specific permission for the notifications. Then, to modify notification settings globally, try this: menu > Settings > Notifications > "Manage notification settings" I don't know what everything listed here is. The two I would try disabling are: "Site notifications" and if that doesn't solve it, then "Firefox Push notifications" Any improvement?
