Hey, I am able to add the bookmark toolbar following these steps: 1. Go to the Menu and select Customize 2. On the Customization page, at the bottom there is dropdown called Toolbars. 3. Click on it and select Bookmarks Toolbar. This will add a bookmark toolbar below the search bar. Please note that you won't be able to see any bookmarks there, unless you add them to the bookmarks toolbar folder. I hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

When "Customize Firefox" is open, with the Bookmarks Toolbar is showing ... is the Bookmarks Toolbar Items showing ON the Bookmarks Toolbar?

If not, look elsewhere in that Customize palette for the 'Bookmarks Toolbar Items' and drag that button into the Bookmarks Toolbar. It IS possible to move the Bookmarks Toolbar Items button onto another toolbar or into the main palette container.
