Unfortunately, the IOS version of firefox is the same as the one on Iphone, so the ipad, so there isn't any code to display the bookmarks toolbar on the ipad in any orientation, as it's the same code as the iphone version. This is good feedback though, I'll submit it

It would indeed be helpful, if iPad version of Firefox can show the Favorite Bookmarks toolbar on top of the screen. That is the only thing preventing me from using Firebox as default browser on iPad.

I agree completely with what is said above .w/o this functionality we can not use Firefox on iOS . M Firefox , you know what to do now...

I lost all my bookmarks on my toolbar on my IMac. Years and years of ear marked places I go very often including all my bills with passwords. I chose Firefox vs. Safari. What's up with that? I'm really put out!

July 24th 2020 Firefox just installed on iMac 10.15.5 and on ipad 13.5.1. Both are different in behaviour regarding customizing. under the Burger bun on iMac, I get the Customize Pen Icon and all options as well as setting ToolBar Bookmarks and creating Bookmarks Folder.

On iPad under the burger bun I do not get the same line up of many options. No Customize Pen icon, No Way of setting up ToolBar or Bookmarks Folders,

Whats going on, as Mozilla do not appear to be upfront abput this difference in platforms?

It seems a little odd to call it a “toolbar” when it cannot appear as such. Adding this feature would be nice.

As much as I use that bookmarks favorites toolbar on my Mac and in Safari in both OSX and iOS 13.xx, I’m hesitant to use this newly downloaded Firefox on my new iPad. What a pity.
