Hi Everyone

I tried to migrate my email address (@romandie.com) under Thunderbird. Unfortunately, only the main mailbox was transfered. No folder and subfolder was migrate.

So, I tried with an other software (imapsync) to a gmail address but I obtain a bad result as Google security avoid poor security level apps to connect.

Do you know how I can save my emails? As romandie.com will ended services on June 30th it's time to go......

Many thanks in advance!!!

Chris

If you are using POP to access your email then POP is limited to pulling emails from the inbox, sent ...etc. If you are using IMAP then it should be able to get access to your other email folders.

From the romandie.com support site it seems that IMAP is available:

Nom d'hôte du serveur Port SSL Authentification

I would refer you to the following previously asked question which seems to have a full explanation: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1140059
