Does Firefox for Android support "standalone" view?

Hello, mobile browsers like Safari, Chrome etc. support the "standalone" view which means "without url bar". Website looks like a mobile app then. Can Firefox do the same? If so, how?

(I tried to create a shortcut to the website on my mobile and open the url using it; it woeks this way in other browser but not in Firefox).

Yes it does...and it will get much better with the update that is due very soon.

I have been using Twitter that way for some time in the pre-Release version and it works really well.

Fingers crossed this can land very soon, I think you will like it.
