Firefox tab opnes after saving a file as PDF
Hi, When I export a Visio file as a PDF file, the PDF file is then opened with Adobe and at the same time a new tab in Firefox is opened as empty page but the URL shows the path to where I saved the PDF file. It wasn't happening before.

In PDF Generator, you can set up the application settings for supported file types. On Windows, you can set up the application settings for each supported file type. When saving the PDF try the save option instead of open or save and open.
Hi, Thank you for your help. I already have the settings as you had described. I am not saving the doc as PDF I am rather Exporting to PDF. As you can understand I still have this issue. Thank you.
Try this: Convert the PDF file to WMF or EMF (see which format produces the best results for your file) using pdf2picture. WMF and EMF files are the native vector graphic formats for Microsoft applications. ... Open the WMF file in Visio. ... Adjust your drawing. ... Save as Visio Drawing. then try opening the file
