Hi,

I am trying to enable "Two-step Authentication" under the Manage Account page for my Firefox Account.

I've tried many authenticator / otp app on my android phone and my friend's android phone just to see, but none of them would work. It always says "Invalid two-step authentication code".

Has anyone been experiencing this? Does anyone have a lead on how to fix this?

I seem to have solved this.

It's a weird workaround and I'm sure there are other methods:

I logged in via Firefox Focus on my phone, this time, instead of a QR code right away, it asked me to confirm my primary email first! After that, I used the QR code that generated on my phone, add it to my OTP app, then it worked.

Something is broken for sure on the firefox account management site...
