After latest update Firefox forces letter size to printer "original size" option, despite the fact that the default setting is set to A4. I have to change this setting before every new printing because Firefox also does not seem to store my preference even after I correct this option. I tried declaring A4 paper size from about:config page but that did not solve the issue. This does not happen if I use any other browser. Also it didn't happen until now, so it must be something wrong with the new update.

I could really use some help as I use Firefox for my business and it is really troublesome to take so much time for a simple print, not to mention the mistakes in printed Invoices due to the fact that we always have to remember to change the settings before every single print!

Thank you in advance, Nikos

This sounds like https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1672398#c11 which we're in the process of working out. You may want to create an account there and CC yourself on that issue to get updates and suggestions as we figure things out.

Actually, after going through several rounds of comments with them, I'm not convinced that the user that reported that bugzilla bug doesn't have some special circumstances. I think it may be better if you create your own account on https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ and file a bug report for your particular issue so we can investigate it separately. If you do that can you paste the link in a comment here so we can find it?
