Is there any way or add-on, that automatically show sidebar (with bookmarks) when I open new tab, and hide it on any other web page?

I don't think that this is possible for the bookmarks sidebar, but Firefox 84 will have a selector in the right-click context menu of the Bookmarks Toolbar: Always, Never, Only on New Tab
You can toggle the Bookmarks Toolbar with the "Ctrl+Shift+B" keyboard shortcut. You can still toggle the Bookmarks sidebar with "Ctrl+B".
