calendar keeps asking to link to google
Thunderbird updated to 91.2.0 today, and now the calendar wants to link to a google account. I don't use the calendar, and don't want to link to google. How do I stop the pop-up windows?

open the calendar tab and look at the calendars listed on the left of the screen. Select the Google one and right click it to unsubscribe.
I don't find a calendar list on the left, or right. here's a screen shot of what I see.
I see my account in Lightning but it will not allow me to unsubscribe my google account.
How on earth can I remove the account as I no longer want to use lightning?
