Enable microphone and camera on iPhone 6+
I need to use my iPhone 6+ for video conferencing with my dr but it says my camera and microphone are blocked. How do I enable them?

I have updated Firefox to version 36 which is the highest I can get with my OS which is 12.5.5, which is also the latest. I can now get the camera to work but the microphone will not. It is turned on and not muted. There is no option to enable these in Settings.
