I'd like to know a solution for the way to solve this issue, what needs to be done to able to send emails from Thunderbird. So it doesn't appear in Spam/Junk when sent since we constantly have to contact new people daily and most don't check the spam section so was wondering if there is a way to solve this.

Some clarification, please. Are you saying you use a gmail account and it goes directly to junk? Or are you saying that recipients who have gmail accounts receive your messages as junk? This doesn't 'sound like' a TB problem. A possibility could be your email host (if not gmail), or even your domain name. Did this just start happening? Knowing email host and domain may (?) be useful.
