Since yesterday drag and drop option for outlook mail when i use Firefox browser not working and its forcing me to go look for the files i need to attach in my mail in various folders that are scattered inside my computer ( mostly pdf and word documents ). I tried to delete all my cookies and remove all add on with the refresh option but nothing seems to work me from what i found. The option seems to work fine when i open outlook with internet explorer and i can just drop the files inside the outlook window. I dont know if its a problem from my part or something is change to force users into different browser or use of programs.

Hello, I am having the same issue. I am no longer able to drag and drop from file explorer to Outlook Web App (Office 365) when using Firefox. It works fine in Chrome. Also note that Gmail works in Firefox as well.
