I have a problem with an HTML Image File. I have others set-up other HTML Images in other email accounts, but for some reason, I can't get this one to automatically show/appear when I start a new email.

Account>Settings>Attach the signature from a file instead (text, HTML, or image): I can't get an HTML Image File

Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Have you tried the method in the support document? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/signatures

Just as an aside. HTML (hyper text markup language) files do not have an image type. Image file are generally IMG, SVG or JPG and links to those files appear in the HTML document.

Hi Matt,

I'll take a look at that. In the meantime, I don't know why I've been able to do these (Images) in the past?

Thank you.

Hi Matt,

I looed at the video (thank you again) and I see what they were able to upload is eerily similar to what I provided on my previous post's images. However, it just isn't showing up in my New Email.
