QuickCut add on no longer works Firefox 112.0 (64 bit). Displays on Tool Bar as usual, but clicking on Icon now does nothing. Uninstalled / Rebooted / Reinstalled - No Change. Attempted SaveLink, Link Saver as alternatives - neither works. Used QuickCut to Save a Link / Url directly to my PC's Downloads Folder. All Permissions appear correct. Please advise.

You need to contact the Addon developer for support or to update their Addon.

Contacted Developer. This is a problem of FIREFOX's making, not the Developer.

Firefox made a change to stop allowing .url files from being saved. The bug report is still open https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1827115

Worked perfectly until Firefox update 112.0 (64 bit) on my Windows 10 Home PC. Hoping for an update to restore functionality.

The QC icon in the Tool Bar does not "do" anything when you Mouse click on it - there is No "drop down" or Option to save as HTML or anything else. Formerly, it saved an Internet Shortcut to the Downloads Folder for WIndows 10, which could then be Cut & Paste or Drag & Drop into any Folder desired.

FIREFOX now at version 112.0.1 - No Change.
