Can you show the message? Is this a Firefox issue or Kaspersky issue?
Open Task Manager and end Firefox process and then try again.
Kaspersky safe money might be trying to open a new browser instance that want to use the same profile, what isn't supported by Firefox. You will have to contact Kaspersky support if their software isn't working properly.
