Website shortcuts aren't adding to home screen
I'm on Android 13. When I'm trying to add website's shortcut on the home screen it doesn't adds. There is button "Add to home screen" but when i tap on it and press "Add" button nothing happens.

What is the address of the webpage that you are trying to add to the Android homescreen?
I can't add any shortcuts. Whatever it it. No matter if it's YouTube or GitHub or school site.
