The Firefox Linux Systems inappropriately stops to play online videos, the social media videos or display pictures. The system is not manageable by administrators at the public library and is only helped sometimes by government officials. Is there anyway the Library system could be helped to play videos.

Sounds like Mission Impossible, but since you care... how about you play Admin and see what OS it's running and trying to upgrade it and Firefox.
