When I try to access the site rrf.rsm.govt.nz I get the error message "Azure Front Door WAF Policy - BLOCKED ACCESS. This is a sample message send from the Front Door WAF Policy linked to the called Frontend EndPoint. Test! " The site is the New Zealand government register of licensed radio transmitters. I have previously accessed the site using Firefox with no problems. I can still access the site using Edge and Chrome (and Firefox on iOS).
