I cannot seem to find what it is called, but only web design related stuff to scrolling. I'm looking to change the behavior of scrolling bar, that lets me click a point and the page stops at that point, whereas right now, it keeps scrolling to the end/top of the page (based on the direction relative to the starting point). I find the behavior pretty annoying and something that used to be done by the buttons on either end point. Is this a relic of the past or can i opt-in to it through the config
