How to stop Firefox from ALWAYS searching instead of navigating to URL/IP address?

I am inputting something like https://192.168.xx.xx:yyyyy, which is 100% a working address that I navigate to fine from other devices on the same LAN including machines w/ firefox installed, but for some reason this one instance of Firefox absolutely refuses to navigate directly to any local IPs and will search instead.
