getting my emails
I haven't been able to load my emails for several days. It states different reasons why.....today it stated "Unable to open the folder Inbox on robinstrandell@centurylink.net because it is in use by some other operation. Please wait for that operation to finish and then select the folder again." When I try to do anything it goes to "not responding". You made me give a 6-number code to get here but of coarse I'm not getting my emails.......good thing I have an actual Centurylink account I could use.

Create an exception in your anti-virus software for the Thunderbird profile folder, so that the anti-virus real-time scanner will not scan it. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-where-thunderbird-stores-user-data#w_how-to-find-your-profile
