You can disable the Crash Protection feature / Plugin Container and see if that helps your problem.

i have done that but still i am facing the problem as son as i start using firefox the cpu usge goes to 30% with plugin container active it was 65% to 80% , and after i disabled the plugin container it came down to 30% , when i am using other browsers such as internet explorer or opera , its working fine , the cpu usage runs from 0% to 3%
