@nf24eg:

There are a lot of links on that page that use JavaScript.
The Login form link (Войти) is on of them: onclick="return ShowLoginForm();"

Make sure that you do not block JavaScript.

  • "Clear the Cache": Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
  • "Remove the Cookies" from sites that cause problems: Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

  • Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

See:

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.

  • Use "Disable all add-ons" on the Safe mode start window to disable all extensions.
  • Close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")

Like unusual challenges? 'Server does not support RFC 5746, see CVE-2009-3555'

I developed a weird problem in the last week. I cannot login to a Bluecross member site from my Windows 7 desktop computer using Firefox or IE. I enter the login and password, hit enter, and the entries disappear but nothing happens. https://member.southcarolinablues.com/wps/portal/scm/member/home/ There is a long list in the Warnings box, all ending in '...declaration dropped' No problems with any other password protected websites.

However, I can login to this site, using my Vista laptop and either browser, through the same router.

All settings on the firewall and MS Security Essential are the same on both computers. I updated Java and tried logging it with the firewall and virus protection turned off. Nada.

Earth shaking? Perhaps not, but very annoying.

Thanks,

Rangercarol

Here is a new clue: I updated Internet Explorer to IE9 and now I can access that website. I still cannot access via Firefox, my default browser.

I'm having this same issue too. I work for a company online. I can access the company page that I do my work from, but they have a separate page that is linked with it that shows my earnings and all. I can't access it or the forum group pages which is also controlled by the same site. I'm not the only one having this problem and the company is trying to resolve it, but they aren't sure what to do to fix it.

I don't have a network problem. My laptop has Windows Vista with Firefox 3.6.16. I cannot update to Firefox 4.0 because their toolbar that enables me to work is not compatible yet! My husband has a laptop with Windows 7 and the same version of Firefox, and I can view all pages on his laptop. I can also view all the pages on my Verizon smartphone. This lead the tech people for my job to think it was computer related. I have no idea how to fix it. I have cleared my history, cache-- everything they can think of and I still can't get in. When I go to log in, it keeps taking me back to the same log in screen.

I can pull up my error messages from the tools menu and it gives me a bunch of codes and all for that website. Here is one that it pulled up today:

universe.chacha.com : server does not support RFC 5746, see CVE-2009-3555

What can I do to fix this issue? I have tired everything that in mentioned in the previous posts. I have even reinstalled Firefox and I still have the same issues. I'd really like to get this fixed so I can get paid!!

I, too am having this error. I have updated FF to 7.0.1, removed all the JAVA and re downloaded it, and still am getting this error: server does not support RFC 5746, see CVE-2009-3555'

Still dont get what it is, or why I am getting it. I had my entire tower wiped & reloaded. Still that error is still here.  :(

EDIT: Here is my latest  : statse.webtrendslive.com : server does not support RFC 5746, see CVE-2009-3555
