My fire fox wont play games or music pop up menu appears demanding Adobe flash reader 10.1.3,while downloading required software it will demand download plug in
Fire fox will not play videos from any website including fire fox videos.Demands I download Adobe Flash Player 10.1.82.After clicking the download another pop up menu will appear demanding plug ins to download but will not name the required plug in.

Your list of plugins does not include Adobe Flash. Try using the Adobe flash manual installer to install Flash.
Download the setup file from http://fpdownload.adobe.com/get/flashplayer/current/install_flash_player.exe
Then run the setup file to install Flash. For more details on using the manual installer see http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html#main_ManualInstaller
Your above posted list of installed plugins doesn't show the Flash plugin for Firefox.
