can you add "Print Preview" to the toolbar
I would like to add the Print Preview to the toolbar so to avoid the extra clicks of going to File>Print Preview. I can add "Print" to the bar, but Print Preview.

There is no built-in print preview button, but you can add one with the Print Preview Button extension.
I prefer this extension, as it also adds a Context menu entry for Print / Print Preview and it's been around longer.
