Is your sister also using a Mac?

Did she check the connection settings?

You can find the connection settings in Firefox > Preferences > Advanced : Network : Connection

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).

• Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

Thank you - my sister is on a PC and I really can't see what she sees. I'm in RI ans she is in SC. I'll have to do more research and find out what kind of extensions and plugins she has. Thanks again
