How do I prevent the appearance of hundreds of untitled pages that scroll across my browser from left to right beneath the tool bar? They just suddenly appear out of nowhere.

The first time this happened, I tried closing Firefox and it crashed. This time I began closing each untitled page until the scrolling stopped, but I still have hundreds of untitled pages beneath the tool bar. Help

This can also be a problem with the file sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Profile Folder

Delete sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak in the Profile Folder

If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
