Does the Yahoo toolbar include a pencil icon? If it does click this icon and you should see an Uninstall option.
If there is no pencil icon, click the orange Firefox button, then select Add-ons, this will open the add-ons manager. Go to the Extensions section, click on the Yahoo toolbar entry in the list of installed extensions, then click the Remove button. When you restart Firefox it will be uninstalled.
