the back button looses the first location
the back button only gets me back to the second page I browse to. My home page is missing from the list when I right click the back button.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
- Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

You diagnosed the problem perfectly. The culprit is McAfee site adviser. Any suggestions?
