I am building a new system and want to copy FF over to it exactly. How do I do this?
Latest version of FF. I can see where to copy my profile but does this include saved passwords, etc.?

Yes, everything is contained in your profile. See Profiles - Where Firefox stores your bookmarks, passwords and other user data
