I am 100% certain that this issue is effecting many more users, but they are probably not aware of it yet. Firefox refuses to go to the correct URL due to this bug. This is how you reproduce the issue: 1. Visit my beta site at http://www.morsmal.org 2. Choose English as your default language by clicking your English language file 3. Try now to click the Norwegian flag (which is the default site language) and the browser will refuse to let you change the language or get to the Norwegian location. 4. Delete via tools: old history for both cookies and cache at the *same* time, and now click the Norwegian flag - now it works...

Point 4 shows that the bug is in the cache and cookies routines.

One more thing, I tried deleting only cookies or only cache at a time and also deleting the other possibility later. But it won't stop the issue.

I have also tried ie, opera, safari and ff (all latest versions) without being able to reproduce the issue. Forging user agent on ff5 - did not stop the issue.

This is why I conclude that its both a ff5 bug as well as it has to do with both routines.

Is there any way I could downgrade to 4.0? Its quite annoying to need to delete all my ccokies and cache... every time I need to do some work on my site.

Thank you On Elpeleg The issue

Updated: The issue is cache related. When deleting last hour cache-I manage to change the language back again. I must do so every time I want to change the language.

Very peculiar-since the language routines on the site are controlled by cookies, why would firefox cache old cookies settings on its cache rather then cookies?

That issue only seems to be with the Norwegian language or if you enter the main site http://www.morsmal.org/.
I see a redirect from the http://www.morsmal.org to the language set via the first redirect or to the first language in the accept language header.
