I have the e-mail system J-ran (by Domino) that worked fine with an older version of Firefox. I upgraded my PC to Firefox 5 and now my J-ran program cannot be accessed. How can I configure my computer so the two systems (J-ran and Firefox 5) can operate together?

Did it work with Firefox 4.0? Or was the last version it worked with 3.6.17? Any error messages or notifications? Any thing showing in the Error Console which is related to that domain? {Ctrl + Shft + J} to open the Error Console

I figured it out. I downloaded Remote XUL manager extension and then add the website domain to the whitelist. That did the trick.

That was why I asked about it working with Firefox 4.0, that was where the security fix of not supporting remote XUL originated.
