New tab button (+) missing
New tab button used to the right of the last tab opened. Now completely missing. How do I get it back ?

Please do the following.
- Right click a blank part of the Tab bar and choose Customize.
- A panel will open which you can ignore.
- On the right hand side of the Tab bar, you'll see a "+" sign (plus character).
- Drag that to somewhere else on the toolbar and it will become a button.
- Click the "Done" button.
You should now have a new tab button visible on the toolbar.
