Hi, I am an optimum.net subscriber and use Firefox. When getting email I am getting duplicate boxes showing where the email should be. This is a problem because neither of the boxes show full content and I'm unable to see if there are any attachments or get to them. Please let me know if there is a fix to this. I have updated and reinstalled Firefox and still have the problem. I have spoken with Optimum and this does not happen with Internet Explorer so it's not a mail issue. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Optimum recommends Firefox as it is more secure and certainly faster so I'd prefer to use this as well. Thanks, Rosanne
