when I restart my computer instead of it taking back to my desktop it always take me to an online website called home computers/ service & repair .I've tried every thing to keep it from doing this but with no success.

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.
