The tools option is on the menubar toolbar, and that is not now normally seen, but it will temporarily display if you use the keyboard key Alt.

Alternatively use

• Firefox Button -> Options -> |Advanced|
• see options window - Security panel

Post back with how you get on & if a post solves the problem log in and hen click on the button alongside that post. The chosen solution shows in searches and may help others.

thanks that's really helpful for the future, whilst I was messing round in firefox help page I must have done something right as I now have a little set of tabs at the top of the page which includes the tool option but I don't know how I didi it so if I lose it again I'll use Alt
