Does Firefox for mobile support xul file? If not, can I build Firefox to support this on mobile? Where is the build instruction?

Firefox mobile uses XUL and you can use that along with CSS and JavaScript to create extensions. However since Firefox 4 you cannot load XUL from a website. https://developer.mozilla.org/en/Using_Remote_XUL
