firefox will not save our settings on certain pages, passwords for banks, homepage setting for weather etc, I have gone into security trying to make sure all options are covered but still lose the settings for logins etc.

for example, internet explorer will maintain the home page for "Penticton", and will re open to that setting, where as Firefox reverts back to Vancouver as the default. in our bank, it will not retain our bank card and who we ae when we want to login again. Yours Truly, Barry Beecroft

more options

There are some sites that will not allow passwords or other entered data to be saved, some are under the belief that it is a security breech.

I think this is done with java scripts, you cold try disabling java scripts in your Options/Content settings or maybe use an Add-on No Script.
